Church of the Kingdom of God, On Earth

The Church of the Kingdom of God, on Earth  (CKGE), is a wholly online gathering of the people of the kingdom of God. We are a Non-Christian, Non-Religious, and Not-for-Profit De no-vo Discipleship of Jesus, the Christ (The King of Kings, and The Lord of Lords of the Kingdom of God, and of Heaven, on Earth), in furtherance of ‘Thy Kingdom Come, Thy Will be done on Earth, as it is in Heaven’ The Church of the Kingdom of God, on Earth (CKGE) is devoted to spreading the good news of the Kingdom of God – that Jesus, the Christ was born, and came to Earth, to restore to mankind, and to restore mankind to – to all peoples, and in all the ends of the Earth, as commanded by Jesus, the Christ. It is committed to the furtherance of Love, and Service, for us to enter the Kingdom of God, on Earth, right now: to our ‘getting into’ the kingdom of God, right now. In other words, RIGHT NOW is the time to enter the kingdom of God, by understanding what it means and believing in Jesus, the Christ.

What is the Kingdom of God?

We were told by Jesus, the Christ that rather than despair, fret, and worry like pagans, who are without hope, we have an alternative, a superb alternative, for which He was born and came to Earth.

The magnificent alternative is the kingdom of God, which is why Jesus, the Christ said: ‘But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well’

In the above statement, the word ‘but’ is proof that the kingdom of God, and the righteousness of God, are the real and only alternatives we have. Then the word ‘first’ in the above statement proves that seeking the kingdom of God, and the righteousness of God, is of utmost priority. Also, if we seek and find the kingdom of God and His righteousness, ‘these things’ or our basic needs will be added to us. In other words, if Jesus, the Christ told us that the kingdom of God, and the righteousness of God, is the real and only alternative; if Jesus, the Christ told us that the kingdom of God, and the righteousness of God, is of utmost priority; and if Jesus, the Christ told us that the kingdom of God, and the righteousness of God guarantees our basic needs; it means that ‘attaining’ the kingdom of God, and the righteousness of God, should be our only preoccupation.

The best way to grasp the Kingdom of God is to understand why God made mankind. Mankind was created as Spirit beings – in the image and likeness of God – with human bodies, to inhabit and have dominion over Earth.

In other words, God, the Supreme Being of the unseen Heavenly realm, created mankind, the seen, for the seen Earthly realm. The creation of the seen mankind, to inhabit and have dominion over the seen Earth, is the kingdom of God. In a nutshell, we are part of God’s grand project to have a seen replica of His unseen Heavenly realm. And is not that awesomely wonderful? Amazing and incredible God! It is that which Jesus, the Christ, taught us to pray for: ‘Thy kingdom come’, so that ‘Thy Will be done on Earth, as it is in Heaven’. Why do we have to pray for the kingdom of God to come, when we are created for that purpose? Because Adam, and Eve, our first parents, lost the kingdom of God when they succumbed to the temptation of Satan – the serpent – to disobey or rebel against God. This is because the word of God is law. So, disobedience or rebellion against God, and His laws by Adam and Eve, is ‘the Sin’ and the source of all sins. And because God’s laws are meant for us to function purposefully, effectively, and efficiently, and therefore required to enable God’s grand project to proceed smoothly, our disobedience, and rebellion against them mean that we are wallowing in sins and their consequences.

So, the restoration of the kingdom of God to us, and our restoration to it, is God’s rescue plan for us, which redeems us, and makes God’s grace available for us to obey the laws, to remake us into the image and likeness of God.

The Sin of disobedience or rebellion against God, which led to the loss of the kingdom of God, by Adam and Eve, also invoked the ‘penalty’ or the mechanism of check called death. Two deaths were invoked: Spiritual, and physical deaths. Spiritual death, which has rendered us deeply unconscious of what we are – Spirit beings, in the image and likeness of God – and physical death, which occurs when the Spirit – the image and likeness of God, that we are still deeply unconscious of – departs the human body.

So, what is known in religion – especially Christianity – as the plan of salvation, is actually the plan of the restoration of the kingdom of God to us, and our restoration to the kingdom of God. For emphasis, the kingdom of God is restored to all mankind, and all mankind is restored to it, by Jesus, the Christ. However, accessing the kingdom depends on who can understand, believe, and experience it. It is not for those who ‘think’ they are entitled to it, by toiling hard at something else.

The kingdom of God offers us total and everlasting reconciliation with God. Jesus, the Christ, stated categorically before Pontius Pilate that the restoration of the kingdom of God to mankind, and the restoration of mankind to the kingdom of God, is why He was born, and came to Earth, stating that He is King of the kingdom, which is not of this world like the Roman Empire, that Pilate is part of.

Jesus, the Christ successfully restored the kingdom of God to mankind, and  restored mankind to the kingdom of God, in the following steps:

  1. i) Jesus, the Christ, ‘pitched’ for the kingdom of God by giving us His teachings about the kingdom, which is why we can believe in Jesus, the Christ, for the right reason – the kingdom of God – and why we can enter the kingdom of God, to live and experience the ‘magic’ of the kingdom of God;

ii)Jesus, the Christ, had the Last (Passover) Supper, was arrested, crucified, and ‘died’. In other words, He shed His body and blood, as a ransom – to reconcile us with God, the Father, for our Sin of disobedience or rebellion, as well as, our sins against God, which is why we can awaken from our deep unconsciousness of what we are, and approach God as His children;

iii) Jesus, the Christ, resurrected from the dead or ‘bought back’ death, which is why we will live forever, in the kingdom of God, after resurrection; and

  1. iv) Jesus, the Christ, ascended to Heaven, in His resurrected body. For emphasis, Jesus is the only human body in Heaven.

How come? Because, He bore God – the Christ – on Earth, therefore, the Christ now bears Jesus, in Heaven. He has been crowned the King of kings and the Lord of lords of the kingdom of God, on Earth, and He will come down from Heaven to reign and rule over the kingdom of God, on Earth, forever.

However, the good news of the kingdom of God has been distorted by religion, so much so that it needs to be preached correctly, for people to understand and thus believe in Jesus, the Christ – for the right reason – the reason being the kingdom of God, and acknowledge Him for all He has accomplished in restoring the kingdom of God to us, and restoring us to it, as well as, the King of kings and the Lord of lords of the Kingdom of God, on Earth. Furthermore, Heaven is a place for Heavenly Beings – unseen Spirit Beings that do not have bodies, except Jesus the Christ. So, for religion to teach that Heaven is the objective of the plan of salvation and that we will go to Heaven after reunion with our bodies at the resurrection – when Jesus, the Christ, is coming to Earth from Heaven to rule and reign as the King of kings and the Lord of lords of the kingdom of God – is the ‘great distraction’.

The first and most important step is to grasp, understand, and Believe in Jesus, the Christ’s message of the kingdom of God, and acknowledge Him for all He has accomplished in restoring the kingdom of God to us and restoring us to it, as well as, the King of kings and the Lord of lords of the Kingdom of God, on Earth. This is the same as saying we should study the gospels again, with a ‘repented’ or changed mind.

Remember a notable statement of Jesus, the Christ, in the explanation of the parable of the Sower: ‘… the seed falling on good soil refers to someone who hears the word and understands it’. This notable statement is followed by another one in the explanation of the parable of Weeds: ‘The field is the world, and the good seed stands for the people of the kingdom’.

So what is the kingdom of God? It is the kingdom of God the Father, in Heaven, and His children who have the task of replicating Heaven, on Earth. Jesus, the Christ, has been crowned by God in Heaven – after His victorious sojourn on Earth, during His first coming – and is waiting to return to Earth, when the preaching of the good news of the kingdom of God to all peoples, in all the ends of the Earth, is fulfilled.

The kingdom of God is that in which we serve God, our Father, and our Maker, and not money, which is the master of the world. The kingdom of God is the kingdom of Love and Service, in which we love God, love our neighbors as ourselves, and so, be of service to them. The kingdom of God is that in which we naturally obey the laws of God, that are in place to enable us to function properly and prosper on all fronts. It means that we can know, for sure, that we have made the kingdom of God, if Jesus, the Christ were to return to Earth today. This means we can die, knowing for sure that we will resurrect when the King of kings and the Lord of lords return to Earth. This is just one of the many reliefs that we get from the kingdom of God.

In the meantime, we have a chance to get on board this amazing kingdom, to live its magnificent splendor. We only have to:

  1. i) Seek, Ask, and Knock on the Door of the kingdom of God, to enter it, by understanding the good news of the kingdom of God, which will lead us to opening ourselves up to the Holy Spirit – the Advocate that Jesus, the Christ has given us – to guide us progressively to growth and appreciation of Love, as the fulcrum of the laws and righteousness of God, and their purposes, in our lives, especially in the kingdom of God;
  2. ii) Believe in Jesus, the Christ’s message of the kingdom of God, and acknowledge Him for all He has accomplished in restoring the kingdom of God to us and restoring us to it, as well as, the King of kings and the Lord of lords of the Kingdom of God, on Earth;

iii) Live and Experience the ‘magic’ of the kingdom of God, which is the Will of God, for us, simply by following the guidance of the Holy Spirit, to the appreciation of Love, as the fulcrum of the laws and righteousness of God, and achieving God’s purpose.

This is when the statement ‘the Grace of our Lord, Jesus, (the) Christ, the Love of God, and the Communion of the Holy Spirit’ makes perfect sense. It refers to:

  1. i) the Grace of our Lord, Jesus, the Christ – the grace that has reconciled us to God, restored God’s kingdom to us, and restored us to the kingdom of God. The grace that restores us to a clean slate with God;

  1. ii) the Love of God – the love in which God created us as His children, in His image and likeness to have the Earth as our inheritance in His kingdom, the love in which God set up His laws to guarantee our righteousness with God at all times, and therefore succeed and prosper on all fronts, the love in which God enunciated and established the kingdom of God, and perfected and ‘executed’ the plan for the restoration of the kingdom of God to us, and our restoration to it, after Adam lost the kingdom;

iii) the Communion of the Holy Spirit – the communion in which everything is possible, in the kingdom of God: including the abundant life, the plan of God to prosper us, growth in Wisdom, knowledge and understanding, obedience to the laws of God – that guarantees our righteousness with God – growth and expansion in love and service, and Spiritual growth and development, for our Spirit and souls.

Mission

The mission of the Church of the Kingdom of God, on Earth (CKGE) is as follows:

In Gratitude to God for all and everything; In absolute Faith in Jesus, the Christ, the King of Kings, and Lord of Lords, of the Kingdom of God, and of Heaven, on Earth; Our task is to Preach the Good News of the Kingdom of God, to all peoples, and to the ends of the Earth – with emphasis on how to Enter it, to Experience it, and to Testify about it.

Chronology of the Kingdom of God

Enunciation and Establishment of the Kingdom of God

‘And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth’. In these preceding words, God enunciated and established the Kingdom of God, on Earth, at the beginning of the Bible. God created mankind to have dominion or rule over the Earth except their species. We were created in God’s image and likeness because God wanted His kingdom on Earth to thrive based on individual communion between God’s Holy Spirit and our Spirit. Our Spirit was clearly designed for this purpose and serves that purpose when we enter the kingdom of God. This is why Jesus, the Christ said that the kingdom of God is within us and is further reinforced outside the gospels.

The Fall of Mankind from the Kingdom of God

‘Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said to the woman, “Has God indeed said, ‘You shall not eat of every tree of the garden’?” And the woman said to the serpent, “We may eat the fruit of the trees of the garden; but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God has said, ‘You shall not eat it, nor shall you touch it, lest you die.’ ”

Then the serpent said to the woman, “You will not surely die.  For God knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.” So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate. She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate. … ‘ ‘… God said ‘Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree of which I commanded you that you should not eat? …’ ‘… Then to Adam He (God) said, “Because you have heeded the voice of your wife, and have eaten from the tree of which I commanded you, saying, ‘You shall not eat of it’ …’ ‘… So He (God) drove out the man; and He placed cherubim at the east of the garden of Eden, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to guard the way to the tree of life’.

The preceding is an abridged account of how Adam and Eve’s disobedience or rebellion led to their loss of the Garden of Eden, which is the loss of the kingdom of God, on Earth. The loss is perhaps the devil’s most significant attempt at disrupting God’s grand project of the kingdom of God, on Earth. However, the devil did not reckon with God’s immensity. As we will notice, the punishment or consequences of mankind’s original sin, as triggered, remain that in which mankind continues to wallow – the bondage of sins and their consequences.

The Restoration of the Kingdom of God to Us, and Our Restoration to it

‘After this, Jesus, knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the Scripture might be fulfilled, said, “I thirst!” Now a vessel full of sour wine was sitting there; and they filled a sponge with sour wine, put it on hyssop, and put it to His mouth. So when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, ‘It is finished!’ And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit. In these preceding words, Jesus, the Christ accomplished the restoration of the kingdom of God to us, and our restoration to the Kingdom, at His crucifixion, and death. So at this point, we are fully reconciled to God, by His grace that came through the redemption or the once-and-for-all shedding of the body and blood of Jesus, the Christ. This is the culmination of the journey that started before creation, through creation – in the beginning – through the law and the prophets, through the coming to the world of Jesus, the Christ, through the preaching of the gospel, through the persecution of Jesus, the Christ, and eventually His crucifixion. It is God’s meticulously planned and well-executed ‘script’, which, although well documented, had everyone guessing what it was all about. That guessing game is still on to this day

The Resurrection of Jesus, the Christ – The Making of Everlasting Life

The angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay. Then go quickly and tell his disciples: ‘He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him.’ Now I have told you.”

So the women hurried away from the tomb, afraid yet filled with joy, and ran to tell his disciples. Suddenly Jesus met them. “Greetings,” he said. They came to him, clasped his feet and worshiped him. Then Jesus said to them, “Do not be afraid. Go and tell my brothers to go to Galilee; there they will see me’. In these preceding words, an account of the event of the resurrection of Jesus, the Christ from the dead is reported. The resurrection of Jesus, the Christ means that death has been ‘bought back’ for us.  In other words, we can now live forever, at the resurrection, when Jesus, the Christ returns.

That is how we can now live forever in the kingdom of God, as God originally desired, and which purpose God has been working on.

Before the Ascension of Jesus, the Christ to Heaven in His Resurrected Body, He Gives the Charge: Preach the Good News of the Kingdom of God to All

‘All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age’. These were the final words of Jesus, the Christ before His ascension to Heaven for His crowning as the King of kings and the Lord of lords of the kingdom of God, on Earth. In the first part of this statement, Jesus, the Christ revealed His crowning in Heaven – as the King of kings and the Lord of lords of the kingdom of God, on Earth – in the precise mode of whatever you bind on Earth is bound in Heaven. How? Jesus, the Christ, tells His disciples that all authority in Heaven and on Earth has been given to Him. The very next scene is some 500 years before the birth of Jesus, the Christ, in the vision of Daniel. Daniel tells us that: “In my vision at night I looked, and there before me was one like a son of man, coming with the clouds of heaven. He approached the Ancient of Days and was led into his presence.

He was given authority, glory and sovereign power; all nations and peoples of every language worshiped him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion that will not pass away, and his kingdom is one that will never be destroyed’. Now we can understand why the vision troubled Daniel: the presence of one like a Son of Man among Heavenly Beings, especially when He came through the clouds.

Back to the final statement of Jesus,  the Christ before His ascension. Jesus, the Christ tells His disciples – in the second part of His final statement – to go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything He has commanded them. This is the task of preaching the good news of the kingdom of God to all of mankind, in all the ends of Earth, which is left to us, after Jesus, the Christ has done all the heavy lifting. It is pretty much like there is the brochure of a beautiful project complete with mesmerizing content ready for us to hand out to others, at a public event,  to get people to sign in – for free. However, there is a challenge: and the challenge is that this activity has been misappropriated by religion, for some other pursuit, quite apart from the kingdom of God, on Earth, until now. But we have a ‘breather’.

Because Jesus, the Christ knew that there would be challenges like the one mentioned above, amongst others, He promised in the last part of His final statement that surely, He is – I am – with us always, to the very end of the age.

And so we know that the preaching of the good news of the kingdom of God is NOT dependent on religion. It is now left for us to preach the good news of the Kingdom of God, on Earth, if we already understand it and believe in King Jesus the Christ. We are also called upon to understand the teachings of Jesus, the Christ about the kingdom of God, and believe in His teaching, His crucifixion and death, His resurrection, His ascension, and His return from Heaven to rule and reign over the kingdom of God, on Earth, forever.

The Return of Jesus, the Christ from Heaven as King to Rule and Reign Over the Kingdom of God, on Earth Forever – The Moment We Await

‘Then will appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven. And then all the peoples of the earth will mourn when they see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven, with power and great glory’. This statement is a foreshadowing of the return of Jesus, the Christ from Heaven to rule and reign as the King of the Kingdom of God on Earth, forever. In other words, Jesus, the Christ was referring to what was or is to come.

He had also said previously: ‘Truly I tell you, at the renewal of all things, when the Son of Man sits on his glorious throne, you who have followed me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or fields for my sake will receive a hundred times as much and will inherit eternal life. But many who are first will be last, and many who are last will be first. This statement refers to what will happen after He comes down from Heaven.

And there was a vision that validates the two statements above and all the foregoing narratives of the kingdom of God. It is found in the book of Revelation: ‘To him who loves us and has freed us from our sins by his blood and made us a kingdom, priests to his God and Father, to him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen. Behold, he is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him, even those who pierced him, and all tribes of the earth will wail on account of him’.

So, when Jesus, the Christ said that we are to ‘… Seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well’, He is inviting us to the understanding or grasping of the foregoing, especially that ‘mere mortal’ mankind is not mere and not mortal, because the kingdom of God transforms them into children of God. Unless we choose not to be transformed.

The Big Question

So the big question is why does the author of the first five books of the Bible not expressly describe the kingdom of God? To begin with, the dispensation of Moses, during which he was inspired to write the first five books of the Bible, was leading Israelites from slavery in Egypt, the journey to the promised land, God’s last attempt at forging a relationship with mankind, failing which God had to issue the law, formally. Before then, God’s laws were verbal commands.

Moses had his hands full. But the clinchers are to be found in the several references to Moses by Jesus, the Christ, including the famous meeting He had with Moses and Elijah, on Mount Tabor, to wind down the eras of the laws and the prophets as He, Jesus, the Christ, the fulfillment of the law and prophets had come – meaning that when we believe in Jesus, the Christ, we are assisted by the Holy Spirit to live according to God’s laws and His righteousness, the ‘hallmarks’ for experiencing the kingdom of God.

Yet, everything we have referred to about the enunciation and establishment of the kingdom of God and how we lost the kingdom is directly extracted from the work of Moses in the book of Genesis. So, it has always been there, but it is the case that because we live at cross-purpose with the will of God, we have rendered ourselves blind, deaf, and dumb, and therefore unable to discern the Bible.

In addition, flash-forwards and flash-backs in the different accounts, among its many authors that span over 3000 years, covering about 6000 years of history are characteristic of the accuracy of the Bible.

Founder, and Preacher

The Church of the Kingdom of God, on Earth (CKGE) was founded by Daphman Theophilus Goldcoin, its Preacher, who says that: ‘If we grasp what the kingdom of God is, and its purpose, and we have an appreciation of its guarantees, plus have an understanding that to Enter the kingdom of God, in our individual experiences,  right now, is:

  • to experience a release from the captivity of disobedience, rebellion, or sin, and of the world;
  • to experience the natural propensity and yearning for eternal attributes of unbound love, righteousness, kindness, mercy, etc;
  • to experience unbound peace, tranquility, joy, etc;
  • to experience the move from the duality that the captivity or bondage of disobedience, rebellion, or sin imposes on us in this world and its systems, into knowing that even though we exist in this world, we are not of it;

then, the kingdom of God ends the travails of mankind, as each individual that enters the kingdom of God, becomes transformed before our very own eyes.

And that is when the ‘magic’ of living the life of the kingdom of God: the transformation of Earth into Heaven, begins. Why? Because with God – the owner of the Heavens and Earth – nothing is impossible
